Mr. Norton retired as a 30 year Deputy from the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Norton held several positions within the Marine program for 24 years. He is a certified Washington State Parks Marine Law enforcement instructor. He is a graduate of the United States Coast Guard MPOC course
